Self-Care Chill Checklist

£3.00

Chill Checklist (PDF and accompanying dot markers) Digital Download Files

A simple self-care style checklist for those who find it hard to relax! As an autistic adhd’er and a bit of a work-o-holic, I find it hard to settle down and relax. I’ve created this checklist for when you have a few minutes, 30 mins, an hour or more spare and need reminding of what activities fulfill you or save you from burn out.

The worksheet comes blank in two colour options and you can fill it in on an ipad, computer or print it out and fill in by hand. The dot markers act as a guide for indicating what activities fill you up when you’re in that mood.

For example, Restless (light purple) activities should be marked when you’re looking for something to do and you’re feeling bored but are aware you need chill time (I’ve written ‘write in my journal’ and ‘work on my photo album’, as examples. In the same vein, Burn Out markers can be used to indicate what you should do when you’re feeling burnt out (my choices are ‘go to the spa’ and ‘order a take away and rest’).

Feel free to use the markers as you wish. Its a helpful exercise to work out what activities quell anxiety and what activities restore you physically.

You have two colour options of list background and 4 x colour dot PNG files which you can paste into your document or use as a guide for your own colours and markers.

DOWNLOAD REMINDER: Please download within 24 hours. A link will be sent to your email address. If you need this resending, contact: hello@grrrlzinefair.com, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Please check your junk/spam folders too.
